Gianna Gariglietti, LPC
The Collins Center Executive Director, Gianna Gariglietti, is a licensed professional counselor with 12 years experience counseling and working with youth. Before coming to the Collins Center, Gianna served as the Facility Director at Elm Acres Youth and Family Services, a residential group home in Columbus, Kansas. Gianna has also been an adjunct faculty member at both Butler County Community College in Andover, Kansas, and at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. Throughout her professional career, Gianna has also run a private counseling practice in which she provided family counseling, couples therapy, and worked with children and adolescents. Along with her counseling experience, Gianna is trained in forensic interviewing as well as extended forensic evaluation. She is frequently called on to testify as an expert witness in sexual abuse trials.
Ana Castañeda, LPC
Ana Castañeda, LPC, Associate Director of the Collins Center, provides short term crisis counseling as well as long term mental health counseling to English and Spanish speaking clients. Prior to working at the Collins Center, Ana worked as a Counselor Specialist with Rockingham County Public Schools and as a Prevention Counselor at the Community Services board. In both places, Ana provided crisis intervention with children and adolescents in the school system, as well as outpatient therapy for youth and adults. In addition to offering bilingual therapy services, Ana is also a trained forensic interviewer who routinely testifies as an expert witness in sexual abuse trials.
Sue Swift, LPC
Sue Swift, LPC, has over 13 years of counseling experience. She currently sees a variety of clients at the Collins Center and has experience treating a variety of conditions including depression, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, parent-child dysfunction, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and adjustment problems. In addition to her work at the Collins Center, Sue has also worked extensively with substance abuse assessment, counseling, and referral services with the Community Services Board and at Rockingham Memorial Hospital’s Life Recovery Program. Because of her wide range of expertise, Sue is often asked to testify as an expert witness in sexual abuse trials. She is a trained forensic interviewer and is also trained to do extended forensic evaluations.
