Oprah Spotlights Child Sexual Abuse

Written on Feb 16, 2010 by Rhoda

In the last week, several of Oprah’s shows focused on the issue of child sexual abuse.   The first show was a conversation with four male sex offenders and their treatment provider.  To watch the full show, click here.

This show was met with a very favorable collaborative response from Stop It Now and Darkness to Light, two child sexual abuse resources strongly supported by the Collins Center.

Oprah’s second show focused on a brother and sister who were sexually abused as children.  This show brings attention to the reality of male sexual abuse, which is often overlooked.  To watch the full show, click here.
